    What makes this pull up program different?

    My goal is to help you get your first pull up though this comprehensive upper body strengthening program with a focus on vertical pulling, as required for the pull up! Adding in the general upper body strengthening and a little bit of shoulder prehab will help keep your shoulders balanced and healthy as you progress toward your first pull up.
