Program details:

  • You'll get a written workout program to help build strength and improve your mobility to get your pistol squat
  • The program will be for 3 days per week at 30 minutes per session
  • The program is designed for 6 weeks, but can be adapted to 4 or 8 weeks depending on your level
  • You'll get access to individual exercise videos to help you perform the exercises with proper form. These videos will go over common errors and corrections for the common errors!
  • You'll also be able to reach out to me at any point during the program via email with any questions!
