You'll get a written workout program to help build strength and improve your mobility to get your pistol squat
The program will be for 3 days per week at 30 minutes per session
The program is designed for 6 weeks, but can be adapted to 4 or 8 weeks depending on your level
You'll get access to individual exercise videos to help you perform the exercises with proper form. These videos will go over common errors and corrections for the common errors!
You'll also be able to reach out to me at any point during the program via email with any questions!
