Details about the program

The program is an 8-10 week program designed for 3 days per week at about 45 min per day. This program is designed to help you get your first strict ring or bar muscle up.

You will learn:

- Specific drills for muscle up technique

- General upper body strengthening with a focus on the muscles needed for a muscle up

- Some shoulder prehab exercises to help with overall shoulder health as you place more demands on your shoulders

Videos will be provided to ensure proper form for each exercise and the program will work you through how to progress the exercises to build strength over time to get your muscle up!

Pre-requisites:

8 pull ups and 8 dips

Equipment:

Pull up bar or rings and a big looped band
